How do I sign in?
Accounts are set up by us. Your salon is set up with us first, then you sign in with your email address and password. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address you sign in with and tell us what you see on the screen.
Where do I see visit requests, and how do I confirm one?
New requests wait in your app with the client’s message. Open a request and choose “Confirm visit” or “Decline”. After you confirm, the client sees the confirmation on her own screen, with a booking number. Confirming does not send her an email, text message or push notification.
What does my calendar show?
Your calendar shows the visits and requests recorded in EnqLayer. You cannot add visits or block time in the app. Bookings made on other platforms are not imported.
Does the app send push notifications?
No. Open the app to see new requests.
Which languages does the app use?
The owner app is available in English (UK) and Polish. On a first start it uses your phone’s language.
For clients of a salon
For a visit, a change or a cancellation, contact your salon. The salon runs your booking and decides how your details are used. We run the booking system for the salon and act on its instructions.
To see or correct your details, ask your salon. To delete them, see Delete your account.
